Cancellations & Rescheduling A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Any cancellation made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service fee. No-Show Policy Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged the full service amount. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next client. The full session fee will still apply. Illness Policy If you are feeling sick or experiencing symptoms of illness, please do not attend your appointment. This is to protect the health and safety of the therapist and other clients.
